Acorn Wellness supports emotional and mental wellbeing through gentle, trauma informed activities that help people feel calmer, safer and more balanced.
Our session focus on helping individuals regulate their nervous system, reduce stress and reconnect with themselves in a supportive non-judgement environment.
We use movement, breath and relaxation to support the connection between body and mind. When stress and trauma are held in the body, talking alone is often not enough.
Our approach helps release tension, improve self awareness and rebuild a sense of control through gentle, accessible practices.
Our wellbeing offer includes holistic practices such as Reiki, guided meditation and work within nature for our outdoor activities.
Being in nature and using holistic approaches helps people feel grounded, supported and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
Acorn Wellness provides welcoming, accessible spaces where people can attend without fear of judgement or pressure.
